I had a fabulous stay at this hotel, which exceeded my expectations. the hotel's location was superb. It was just a short walk to both the main square and the beach, making it incredibly convenient. Secondly, the hotel itself was modern and well-maintained. The pool area was one of the best I've seen, with plenty of space and sun loungers to choose from. Lastly, the breakfast offered a large variety of choices, ensuring there was something for everyone's taste.
All aspects of my stay were great.

The pool area at Eleana was relaxing and well-maintained. The staff at the pool bar were friendly and the cocktails were delicious. Our swim-up room was lovely, although more towels and more comfortable pillows would have been appreciated. Despite some small issues, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Good breakfast with variety of hot/cold dishes. There's Petinos Restaurant within 5 minutes walk or so, liked their menu...

It was so relaxing to take a refreshing dip whenever I wanted. The room itself was spotless and had a comfortable shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with both the city center and beautiful beaches within close proximity. The pool and garden area were well-maintained and added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. Additionally, the free parking was a convenient bonus.

The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, perfect for a family with 2 small kids. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh options. The pool area was amazing, and we loved that our room had a small pool right outside on the balcony. The hotel's central location was also a big plus.
Felt right at home, no complaints.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Ayia Napa. The location was perfect – right in the center of town but still quiet. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. I especially loved the rooms with their own access to a small pool – it was such a cool feature. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice bonus.
Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a fantastic time. Loved the spacious room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was impressive with plenty of fresh options, and the pool was lovely. The location was key as it was central to everything we needed for our holiday. The staff were friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere.
The cleanliness of the mattress was poor, and the sheets did not fit well onto it. People running in the corridors caused disturbances, and the quality of the food was average.

I especially enjoyed having my own access to a small pool, which was great for relaxation. Lastly, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory.
Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

During my Christmas vacation, I appreciated the complimentary chocolates in the room and the free access to the hotel gym. the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. I also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby area, which was perfect during the winter season.
My stay had some unpleasant moments. the bed was uncomfortable and had a twin set up instead of a double, which was frustrating.

The hotel was perfectly located close to the beach and the city center. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing us with a great view of the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. We were able to relax by the pool, which was well-maintained and inviting.
We did experience some inconvenience with the laundry service, as the items provided were not always clean.

Nothing that we didn't like.

I loved the private pool in my room, it was a great perk. The room was clean and had minimal decoration, which I appreciated. The staff was pleasant and professional. The pool was wonderful and very clean. The internet connection was top-notch. The breakfast was good, although I would have liked more fruit options. The hotel is situated in a tranquil area, away from the noise of the town. I had a pleasant stay at Eleana Hotel. I would recommend it.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with its close proximity to the beach and the city center. This allows for easy access to all the attractions and amenities that Ayia Napa has to offer. the hotel's café/bar provides a convenient spot to grab a drink or a bite to eat. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, offering a good start to the day. The view from the hotel's roof balcony is simply breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for breakfast or dinner.
One area where improvement could be made is the availability of sun-beds by the pool. With limited numbers of sun-beds, it can be frustrating for guests who have to wait or reserve a spot by leaving their towels overnight.
